Lizette McDevitt , RDA - Front Desk Coordinator
	Lizette has worked in the office since 1988, and she has 21 years of experience in dentistry. Lizette received her RDA in 1987, and she worked as a chairside assistant for several years prior to assuming front desk responsibilities in1996. Lizette manages all administrative facets of the practice, including oral health control data for our patient population. Lizette consults other dental office administrators interested in developing a private-care, health-centered dental practice. She enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, cropping, and gardening.
Joan White , RDH - Dental Hygienist
	Joan has worked in the office since 1988, and she has 21 years of experience in dentistry. She worked as a dental assistant for four years, and received her Dental Hygiene Degree from Foothill College. Also, Joan received a BA in Psychology from the College of  Notre Dame. She travelled to Mexico with the Flying Doctors to provide dental care to underserved native people. Joan is responsible for implementing the Dental Fitness Program to improve the periodontal health of patients active in our recare system. Joan enjoys hiking, editing her husband's manuscripts, gardening, and chasing her two dogs.
Carol Judalang , RDA - Dental Assistant
	Carol has worked in the office since 2000, and she has 16 years of experience in dentistry. She graduated from Clayton Career College in San Jose, and received her RDA in 1989. She received training in extended functions, and she spent a year studying as a dental lab technician. Carol is responsible for assisting all aspects of clinical care, and manages OSHA compliance/training for the office. She enjoys parenting her three children, hiking, arts and crafts, and bowling.
Erika Lacayo , RDH - Dental Hygienist
	Erika has worked in the office since 2002, and she has nine years of experience in dentistry. She received her Dental Hygiene Degree from Foothill College.
